1. Do
I need to be a member to use this site? No,
but you will only have access to the preview clips
and free personals. Members get full access to the
all the videos from S.T. Studios ... with no restrictions
on the number of times you view them or the amount
of bandwidth. Each video scene is the complete scene
directly from the video
2. How
often are movies released? We
work hard to provide new movies or scenes each month.
At this time we are releasing a new movie approximately
every 30 days and putting a new scene online every
Thursday.
3. How long are the movies? Each movie is normally 60 - 90 minutes long and has 4-5 scenes. Each movie listed will show its length.
4. What
format are the movies available for purchase? As if October 1, 2005 the movies are only available in DVD format.
5. Do you
ship movies overseas? Yes, our DVD's are all region 0 making them viewable in all areas. They can be shipped overseas for additional shipping
costs. We do everything we can to minimize any import duties that you
may be required to pay, but be advised you may be requested to pay for
them prior to delivery by your country's postal service.
6. Are
the movies available in VHS? No, VHS is now a format that is being left behind for the superior quality and ease of storage and shipping of DVD. As of October 1, 2005 VHS will no longer be available for any movies.
7. What are the benefits of being a member? Members get first looks at all
new movies. Members can view all movies online at anytime. Members are offered a special
discount price on all movie purchases.
8. Are
your videos available in stores? Most
of our movies are now available from Distributors
for purchase by your local video store.
9. Are
HotStuds.com and HelixStudios.net the same? Helixstudios.net
is our shopping mall for all things Helix Studios.
All our spanking videos as well as our spanking
products and all our other movies are on
that site.
10. Is there any sex in
your movies? Our movies are designed to appeal to a wide
variety of tastes. Some of our movies do incorporate sex, as we have found that many members do wish to see some kind of sex after the spanking. When sex is included it will be so described in the previews.
11. I have a MAC, Can I see the Movies? Yes, you can. For all the original videos we make use of Windows Media Player for which there is a MAC version. To download the MAC version of Media Player follow this link to Microsoft. We can not guarantee that MAC OS9 will work. As with anything we recommend upgrading to the latest version as the site has been tested with MAC OS X. If the previews will work for you then the full videos will also work.
12. When
I order a video do I receive a box? All of
our DVD's are shipped in a DVD box with a professional
cover.
13. How are the
orders shipped? We can ship using several carriers, but prefer to ship with UPS. All items can be shipped in any of the many options that UPS offers.
14. Can I download the movies? Yes, all the movies can currently be downloaded in Windows Media Player format, and are also available in Quicktime/IPOD format.
15. How do I cancel my membership? To cancel your paid membership to view the videos please visit our customer service page.
